Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Etlaq Platform, including the website, AI product builder, generated project workspace, payment flows, deployment tools, integrations, and related services. By using Etlaq, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and PDPL Compliance notice.
1. Eligibility and Authority
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- If you use Etlaq for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Etlaq is lawful in Saudi Arabia and in any other jurisdiction where your users or business operate.
2. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OTPs, access tokens, API keys, secrets, and connected accounts.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security issue.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect Etlaq, users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
3. The Etlaq Service
Etlaq helps users build applications through natural-language prompts, generated code, managed project workflows, integrations, and deployment-related tooling. The service may include beta, experimental, or third-party-powered features.
We may improve, modify, limit, deprecate, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product changes, or operational reasons.
4. Your Content and Applications
- You retain ownership of prompts, files, code, project content, and applications you submit or create through Etlaq, subject to the rights granted in these terms.
- You grant Etlaq a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and create technical derivatives of your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and legally approving any application, code, database, workflow, or content before using it in production.
- You are responsible for privacy notices, consents, data-processing terms, security settings, and legal compliance for applications you publish or operate using Etlaq.
5. AI Outputs and No Professional Advice
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, insecure code, unsuitable architecture, inaccurate content, or incomplete legal/compliance logic. Etlaq does not guarantee that generated outputs will be correct, secure, compliant, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Etlaq does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or cybersecurity advice. You should obtain professional review before using Etlaq outputs for regulated, high-risk, or production-critical uses.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use Etlaq to:
- Break Saudi law or any applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions rule, or third-party right.
- Build, host, or distribute malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, scams, surveillance abuse, exploit tooling, or unauthorized scraping.
- Upload or process personal data without a lawful basis, required notices, and required consents.
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing controls, usage limits, access controls, or model-safety systems.
- Interfere with Etlaq infrastructure, other users, third-party services, or generated-app hosting environments.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-reviewed, certified, or regulator-approved when it is not.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Etlaq may integrate with payment, analytics, hosting, database, deployment, AI model, GitHub, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, limits, and fees.
When you connect or authorize a third-party integration, you instruct Etlaq to exchange the data needed for that integration. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for complying with third-party terms.
8. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
- Paid plans, credits, usage limits, features, and prices are shown at purchase or in the billing interface.
- Payments may be processed by Moyasar or another disclosed payment provider. Etlaq does not store full card numbers.
- You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable amounts, taxes, renewals, or usage-based fees shown to you at purchase.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.
- We may suspend paid features for failed payments, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or billing disputes.
9. Intellectual Property
Etlaq, the platform, design, trademarks, documentation, templates, workflows, software, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Etlaq. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative platform services from Etlaq except as permitted by law or by written agreement.
10. Confidentiality and Secrets
Do not place production secrets, private keys, passwords, regulated data, or confidential third-party information into prompts, files, or public projects unless you have authority and appropriate controls. You are responsible for rotating secrets that you expose and for configuring access controls on applications you publish.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and PDPL Compliance notice. If you use Etlaq to process personal data on behalf of your own users or customers, you are responsible for your role as controller or processor under applicable law and for entering any required data-processing terms.
12. Suspension and Termination
- You may stop using Etlaq at any time.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for Etlaq or others, fail to pay, violate law, or misuse the platform.
- After termination, we may delete or restrict access to content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, retention practices, legal obligations, and backup processes.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.
13. Disclaimers
Etlaq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free service, security, accuracy, and suitability of generated outputs.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Etlaq and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunity, or production availability arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Etlaq from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, applications, end-user data, breach of these terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or misuse of the service.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
17. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
18. Contact

Connecting Etlaq to ChatGPT
You may connect your Etlaq account to ChatGPT. You remain responsible for everything done through that connection, exactly as if you had done it in Etlaq directly.
Actions taken through the integration have real effect and real cost. Publishing a project builds it, replaces whatever was previously served at its public URL, and uses your account build allowance. Asking Etlaq to build or change an application consumes your Etlaq credits on the same terms as building inside Etlaq.
You control what the integration may do through the permissions you approve when connecting, and you may disconnect at any time in ChatGPT. Etlaq enforces those permissions on every request and refuses anything outside them.
Etlaq applies limits to how often builds and deployments may be started through the integration, and may adjust those limits to protect the service.
The integration is provided as-is alongside the rest of the platform. We do not control ChatGPT, and your use of it is governed by OpenAI’s own terms.
